$10/lb on the hot hanging weight (600-700 lbs)

You choose your cuts.

Includes basic cutting and wrapping. Any jerky, sausage, patties etc are extra cost.

Will net 360-420 lbs meat for the freezer.

Total cost between $6000-$7000.

$3500 deposit up front.

Balance due before final delivery.

Meat and soup bones are included.

Organ meats, suet and oxtail are not included as they’re removed before hanging. These can be purchased separately.
